# Bilingual Sales Professional – Workforce Solutions **Hiring Quick, LLC** **Lehi, Utah** **Full-Time | B2B Sales | English & Spanish** ## About Hiring Quick Hiring Quick is a growing workforce solutions company helping small and mid-sized businesses simplify the way they hire, onboard, pay, and manage their employees. Our solutions include recruiting and staffing, payroll processing, HR administration, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance support, workforce management, and technology designed to connect employers with qualified talent. We are looking for a highly motivated **Bilingual Sales Professional** who can develop new business relationships, identify workforce challenges, and present Hiring Quick solutions that deliver measurable value to employers. ## The Opportunity This is not an order-taking sales position. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable creating opportunities, prospecting businesses, speaking with owners and decision-makers, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate is competitive, disciplined, professional, technologically capable, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment. Fluency in **English and Spanish is required**.

Responsibilities

  • ## Key Responsibilities
  • The Sales Professional will:
  • * Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities through telephone calls, email, networking, referrals, social media, events, and direct outreach.
  • * Build and continuously maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • * Identify and contact business owners, executives, HR leaders, controllers, office managers, and other decision-makers.
  • * Conduct discovery meetings to understand each prospect's workforce, payroll, recruiting, HR, benefits, and compliance challenges.
  • * Present and demonstrate Hiring Quick's services and technology based on the client's specific business needs.
  • * Sell multiple workforce solutions, including:
  • * Payroll processing
  • * HR administration and HRO services
  • * Recruiting and talent acquisition
  • * Temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing
  • * Employee onboarding
  • * Benefits administration
  • * Workforce management solutions
  • * Hiring Quick's employer and candidate technology
  • * Prepare proposals and communicate pricing and service options clearly.
  • * Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • * Handle objections professionally and negotiate within approved company guidelines.
  • * Close new business and coordinate a smooth transition from sales to implementation and client service.
  • * Develop referral relationships and strategic partnerships within the local business community.
  • * Maintain accurate prospect, activity, opportunity, and pipeline information in the company's CRM.
  • * Meet established activity, pipeline, new-client, and revenue objectives.
  • * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, networking events, trade associations, and community business activities.
  • * Maintain knowledge of Hiring Quick's services, technology, competitors, and relevant workforce trends.
  • * Represent Hiring Quick professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications

  • ## Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
  • * **Fully bilingual in English and Spanish**, with strong professional verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • * Strong written communication skills in English; professional written Spanish is highly preferred.
  • * Minimum **2 years of B2B sales, business development, account development, or comparable consultative sales experience**.
  • * Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads.
  • * Experience communicating with business owners, executives, HR professionals, or other organizational decision-makers.
  • * Ability to conduct discovery conversations and identify client needs before recommending a solution.
  • * Demonstrated ability to present products or services professionally, handle objections, follow up, negotiate, and ask for the business.
  • * Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting face-to-face and virtual sales meetings.
  • * Ability to learn and explain technology-based business solutions.
  • * Working knowledge of CRM systems and common business applications.
  • * Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously through different stages of the sales pipeline.
  • * Goal-oriented and comfortable working with measurable sales objectives and performance expectations.
  • * Professional appearance and communication style when representing the company.
  • * High level of integrity and ability to appropriately handle confidential business and employee information.
  • * Reliable transportation and ability to attend client meetings and networking activities when required.
  • ## Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional sales experience may substitute for formal education.
